Heather Williamson stopped by to say hello and put in a good word for the ScanPro 2000 to visitors at our booth. “Just buy it, we’ve got a ScanPro 2000 and I can tell you, there’s nothing better out there,” she says.

SHOW HIGHLIGHTS

ALA Boston meeting

Welcome to Boston, where the e-Image Data staff had a ball at the American Library Association’s Midwinter Meeting. Though overall attendance at this year’s show was perhaps a bit lower than in previous years as a result of economic pressures, there was no shortage of traffic at booth 1778.

JimConnollyJeff (our sales manager) shows one of our resellers in the Boston area (Jim Connolly) the ScanPro 2000 image on a 30” monitor.

The ScanPro® 2000 was on display, complete with its new WORD-Search™ function and Touch Screen technology. WORD-Search allows users to search for keywords within on-screen documents, highlighting information of interest on the page and making the research process faster and easier than ever.

“That’s really new technology,” said Karen Oye, who stopped by for a demonstration, “Not just another coat of paint on the Titanic.”

New Touch Screen software allows users to view, enhance, scan and print the microforms with the simple touch of the monitor screen. One visitor to the booth was overheard to say “That’s so easy, my eight year old could use it!”

Heather Williamson (pictured, right) had compliments for the ScanPro 2000 and was kind enough to share them with ALA attendees at our booth. “We love the ScanPro 2000. It’s so easy to use. It’s all-in-one with nothing to adjust.”

Between visiting with happy customers and giving demonstrations of the ScanPro 2000 to show attendees, the e-Image Data gang saw a lot of smiling faces in Boston. Thanks, everyone!
